Four Points Downtown Windsor is an "OK" hotel. Windsor is a gritty city, so keep that in mind. The rooms are very nice, clean and updated. It's a noisy hotel, both street noise and also all the 19 year olds that come from the states to party and drink on the weekends. If possible, ask for a room that overlooks the border crossing rather than the street. It will be much quieter. The gym is pretty good, lots of free weights which I love...only one bike though. Parking is tight and limited, but we always found a spot. The restaurant/bar was understaffed which is too bad. Our group, plus others, just waiting around to be served. The servers did their best, the manager seemed to be very unorganized and flustered. The biggest positive I would say (if this is important) is proximity to the tunnel. It literally takes two minutes to get from the hotel to the crossing. That was perfect for us.

The room was clean. I was a very late check in. Unfortunately, they did run out of hotel parking spaces . But a city parking garage was very close by. I didn't get to experience the breakfast due our schedule. The area has places to eat and was very close to the Windsor -Detroit tunnel. The room was comfortable and it was a nice quiet stay.

modern,clean,comfy..just extremely noisy friday night stay..but it's in the heart of downtown party central..guess you can't expect anything more unless you can get better soundproofing other than earplugs lol
