Large space in great location.

Check in was easy and our room was ready several hours early so we could get settled in before normal checkin time. The room was large and spacious and. Dry clean and comfortable. There was a little street noise but earplugs are provided. Love the location and value was excellent. We will stay again.

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay, and Outstanding Service This hotel is in a fantastic location—likely the closest within walking distance of Windsor & Eton Central station. I emailed ahead with my train details and the staff was ready for my arrival. Charlotte warmly welcomed me at check-in. My room was already prepared, so I was able to settle in right away. She also kindly printed my Windsor Castle tickets, which I had overlooked needed to be printed in advance. Charlotte went above and beyond, offering a great fish and chips recommendation at my request and generously allowing me a late checkout the next day—extending it by two hours to noon. Tips & Recommendations: Dining: The Boatman serves excellent food. Timing: Most of Windsor winds down early on Monday evenings (by 8 PM), but the sunset along the River Thames is beautiful. Sightseeing: In October, Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays—an ideal time to enjoy The Long Walk with fewer crowds.

Room was lovely, location to Windsor Castle perfect, only down side was facing the High Street and very noisy especially between 11pm to 5am, bars, clubs restaurant patrons noisy, loud, yelling and windows not double paned so sleep pattern was not good. It was ok on Thursday but not Good Friday.

Comfy in the heart of Windsor

Great little hidden gem. Steps away from Windsor Castle great staff. The only downside is they don’t have an elevator so if you’re older and have heavy bags can be a little difficult but if you can handle the baggage, the place is wonderful.

The room was fine. As constructive criticism, the curtains were not fully hung properly, and may benefit from a clean (nothing awful, just a few marks.) A couple of minor cobwebs, but none of this would stop me booking another stay. Overall it was a good room. The person who booked me in was very helpful and informative, with a very pleasant persona.

This property was in the perfect location. A 5-minute walk to Windsor Castle and10-minutes to the station. There are tons of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. It is a self-serve property --- you use a code to get into the building and keys are located in a lockbox. We had zero issues with this process. It was very easy. Our room was very spacious and clean. We overlooked the street and the room was very quiet at night. The only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower but it was not a dealbreaker.
