The lady at the check-in (a Mexican lady) was wonderful. She was also there when we checked out and handled the checkout the way any guest would expect. She immediately asked how our stay was. Overall, since this is a value Best Western brand, we received what we expected. One note, if you are using a GPS app, like Waze, the hotel still is listed as its old name HOWARD JOHNSTON and not Best Western.

My iPhone was stolen and someone bookedo a room with my phone but when my son got my print back the thieves decided it would to risky to actually go to the room they booked recovered but

Good stop en route

Nice hotel, the clerk was very helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean, looks newly renovated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok- eggs, sausage, toast waffles , yogurt, dry cereal- the normal. I would stay here again.

I wasn't sure based on previous reviews, but the place is clean, renovated for the most part (besides commune area) and comfortable. They have a little convenient gym and their breakfast is good. Liked the smells of their shampoo/soap. People at the reception are very nice.
