We had a lovely welcome on arrival - all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Had a delicious breakfast - plenty of choice - cooked freshly for us and well presented. This was our second stay - we would definitely return and recommend.

I realized a few days before my arrival date that I had made a mistake. I called the property and explained my situation. I was told to send an email with my request and I received a response that it was granted. This property is located in a residential area is in walking distance to downtown and Windsor Castle. I chose it because of its location and its including a welcome drink and free breakfast. After I arrived before check in time, my room was ready. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very small but cozy enough for one person. The bed was very comfortable. I felt it had sufficient electrical outlets. I enjoyed the tea kettle with coffee and tea selections, free bottled water and packaged cookies provided. It had AC which I appreciated. The hotel had outside and inside rooms including a meeting room in which to relax.

One night stay

Great location and a welcome drink was a lovely touch. We had a classic double room. The room is small but fine for an overnight style. Some lovely decor but felt very random that flat pack wardrobes are used - not really fitting for the hotel. Bath room was clean and white company products are a lovely touch but there were signs of rust and wear and tear in/ outside of the shower. Staff were great on arrival. Overall nice hotel, great location, rooms slightly expensive for what they are.

Few nights in Windsor on our way to Dorset

The room room was very clean a really good breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. The hotels a short walk from the castle and the long walk. This is the second time we’ve stayed here we had an amazing time and will definately stay again.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Adelaide Hotel. Although the hotel is a little tired, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were in room 11 a small double which, despite being compact, qhad everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and warm. We only had breakfast which was very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is approximately a 15 min walk up to the castle area. The best route was joining the Long Walk across the road through the iron gate which is lovely on a sunny day and takes you straight to the castle. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we return to Windsor. Thank you to all the great staff who made it such an enjoyable stay ie, reception, restaurant staff and cleaners.

I loved the charm of this hotel. The location was amazing being across from The Long Walk. it was an easy walk into down and I loved the bar and courtyard area. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel was clean. Staff were very welcoming. We were in a room for a disabled person, which we didn’t request or require. This was not explained to us on check in. Alteration in the bathroom were not very neat.

We have just returned from a 2 night break in this hotel. Although a little tired in places, we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel well situated for the castle; the long walk is just across the road. Breakfast was excellent! Overall a good couple of nights away - Many thanks.

What a lovely hotel the royal Adelaide is. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We booked classic room and was lively. Bed very comfy. All in all a really good two night stay . A little gem. 👍
