The staff were not helpful when I would ask about where to get drinking water, what to do if their ATM wasn’t working, etc. The pool was so dirty and some halls smelled of cigarettes. Room was fine but we booked the hotel for the pool, definitely disappointed.

At checkin I told front desk we were excited to have some family time and go swimming. Only after I paid did they tell me the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. Very deceptive. We left immediately. Front desk said no problem just had to get refund from Expedia. Now waiting to get our money back. Would not recommend this hotel.

This property is great. The staff is great. I did not really like the fact that as soon as I use the Jacuzzi in my room, there was a ring around it. They definitely need to clean out the jets of their Jacuzzis but everything else in the hotel is absolutely fabulous. I loved it so much. I extended my stay two days and even with me extending my stay on Expedia they still let me stay in the same room and everything was a flawless. It was wonderful.
