Not your usual Hampton Inn

Room was very good. Hotel took $200 deposit which was going to be held for 2-3 days. There was nothing available for us to use $200 incidentals - very disappointing. We have been staying at Hampton Inns for years and never had $200 deposit before. No free water at checkin - I was given 2 bottles after I complained - it was just unusual for a Hampton Inn. The carpets were old and unkempt in the halls but it may have been under renovation. Overall, not my usual Hampton stay but the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable - which is the most important thing for me.

Good hotel

Good hotel. Only downfall was I did visit when it was 35 degrees and I had my AC set as low as it could go because it was disgustingly hot. When I left for the day and came back, I did not have the maids come in, and my thermostat was back up and the room was so warm. Staff were helpful on check in. On checkout it was 4am and I had to wait awhile and the. Eventually go looking for someone.

Beds were super comfortable, site was clean, service was great. The only downfall was the complementary breakfast. The only item on the hot plate was bacon. No eggs and no hash browns. Nothing was being restocked.
