Not the best, not the worst

Phones did not work in the room, used our cell and the phone was not answered, key cards had to be rekeyed, went down for an extra pillow twice when they came up they brought towels and then accused us of saying we asked for them not a pillow, eventually brought the pillow over an hour later, breakfast was minimal (no yogurt, granola bars or fresh fruit offered) sparing when refilled leaving many people to wait for food. Tables were not cleaned. Vehicles in overflow lot were broken into on first night and second night vehicle was hit and run in the hotel parking that had security.

Meh. The actual room was very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Parking is suspect as there are not enough spots on hotel property, be aware that late night returners will need to park across the street. Free breakfast in the morning is very limited and unimpressive. Only one staff member working was behind. Not sure why the pool, hot tub and fitness area are not open as it will be a definite plus for the hotel with such limited other amenities. Outside area has an litt of liter and is somewhat messy. This does not have to be the way it is. Location is very nice, and it’s a decent place, but the price is high for what you get.

Hot tub in room was great. Fire alarm went off in our room from steam and it took forever to get that remedied. Not much for parking in the lot, small and crowded. Had no sugar or creamer in room for coffee. Noisy area.
