Didn't appreciate the hour wait for the shuttle at the airport for my Mom. Then they lied to my 76 year old Mom about knowing her flight # and told her it was late and not their fault. I would have rated 5 stars for everything but not everything in the ad I agreed to was true. However, when I did communicate my feelings to the manager she was understanding and made sure to make it fair and I’m super happy about it. I will 100% be back! Will stay again

We stay at the Sandman in Winnipeg a few times each year because it is convenient to businesses we visit. It is always clean. Staff is very helpful and having the Dennys restaurant open 24 hours is extremely convenient. We arrived on June 1, Sunday, which was extremely hot and it took a long time for the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. It was 23 C inside when we arrived and the temp outside was 33 C. The room air conditioner really struggled to catch up but by Monday morning it was fine. I like the door knob instruction tag which told staff what I wanted done. It’s nice to know that the room is only serviced as much as I want. All in all, this is a place i will stay in again.
