Beautifully kept, excellent customer service throughout the hotel. Very quiet, without people running in the hallways or loud people around (very different experience compare to other hotels in Winnipeg). I felt that me and my family were safe at all times. The food is excellent too. I love the voucher we git o yak yak for staying over the weekend..that was a pleasent surprise.

I missed using the spa because they were closed for my first stay 2/26-28 and fully booked for the service I wanted for my second stay 3/6-8/25. We parked in the Fort Gary parade behind the hotel because the hotel lot was full. We wasted an hour trying to walk over without going outside There were no signs to advise that there was no access without a room key or any direction at all. The sidewalk outside was snow covered (not hotel property) but super inconvenient- should be able to cross over. The rooms were ok. Tried to order room service and had to call twice and wait 10 minutes to have them call back.
