The hotel was really nice until I got to the room and was ready for bed. The bed had hair under the sheets. Look like the sheets was not changed. The towels had a brown stain on it like they did not give us new towels. also when I took my complaint the front desk man he offered me points to the hotel. He fake fake like he was typing in my information like my email, but wasn’t I wasn’t trying to write a bad review.

I liked the cleanliness, staff friendliness, comfortable beds, outdoor area for the pool & cookout, and breakfast. I did not like the small partition that constitutes a "suite". I prefer a sweet has a least a separate room. Expedia did not show this. I did not like the way the AC had to blow over the beds.

This hotel is walking distance from Legoland which was the purpose of the trip. The breakfast buffet had plenty of great options and overall the rooms were large and clean! Will be back.

Not all locations are the same

I stay stayed three home nights at 2 suites locations over the past week. This one seemed a little more worn. I got the impression this had been another hotel at some point and had been converted a while ago. I checked in later in the evening, and kind of felt like I was an annoyance for the person at the front desk.

Nice but smelly

Property will benefit from deodorizing the rooms and hotel in general. It had a bad smell everywhere. Also water was terrible. Smelled like sewer!!!
