FALSE ADVERTISING AT THIS HOTEL!!!

This picture of FOOD is FAKE and FALSE advertising!!! PLUS...the front office desk person confirmed I paid for a KING room...but when I tried checking in in person (I dId NOT ACTUALLY CHECK IN) she stated that I booked a double queen! AVOID this HOTEL!!!

Convenient and comfortable - wasn’t the cleanest or nicest Springhill I’ve stayed in, but for one night it served its purpose. I was slightly surprised as I used to stay solely at these because they were so reliable but in a busy resort town i guess there are just more options.

I called earlier in the week to see if I could get in earlier because of an early show. On the phone the hotel said sure. I get there and the lady behind the counter was very rude. She told me when check in was and I told her that I called. She told me I’d have to wait. I asked can I use a luggage cart to bring in my luggage since there was 3 and no one was using them. She rudely said no. So I told her fine and I would sit in the lobby and wait. She said the only clean room I have is a handicapped one. I said that was fine since I’m a senior citizen. Got to my room and the bed was so low to the ground that if you had any physical problems getting up would have been awful. The room was huge and clean. The free breakfast is the worst I’ve ever had. I personally will never stay there again.

Four families with same last name, only three families were supposed to be checked in. Front desk lady checked in all four families and made one big credit card transaction. This was all done after guest had asked if staff wanted to confirm the names of the guests and had delined. Guest questioned why bill was so high and staff finally confirmed all the names that were booked. Double queen bathroom was an "accessible" room. Handle behind toilet seat and handle next to bath tub are both broken and loose. Good thing none of us needed to use any of those handles.

This property was clean and well kept. The bathroom was clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The front desk attendant was able to change my room so I could be closer to other family staying at the hotel. The breakfast was awesome. Coffee was great. The staff for the breakfast was great!!

Not cleaned well

Hotel could be so awesome if it was managed better. The updates and space was awesome, but it wasn’t clean! We had hair all over our bathroom, a hairball on the bedroom floor, the corners weren’t cleaned. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for several days; detritus all thru. Also, they ran out of hand soap and were asking guests to use the body wash in the shower.
