If I had to be picky…. I would just mention that there should have been a mattress pad between the mattress and sheet. Breakfast good but predictable. Would love to see something sweet other than tiny muffins. Other than those couple of things, the hotel was great. Springhill Suites are our “go to” hotel chain.

Window had no curtain, just a sheer see-through panel that provided no privacy or light blocking. Very strange. Shower was lukewarm. Other than that room was spacious and clean.

Nice location. Was busy with families over the weekend and got a little noisy. We had a suite which gave a little more room to move around which was nice. Had an issue with housekeeping missing us for several days and when we brought it to their attention they came right up to correct and offered multiple apologies.

Checkin was fine. When we got to our room the sheets and blankets needed to prepare the sofa bed were not in the room, so we had to return downstairs to get them. The desk associate was quick to help us, but would've been nice at 11:00 PM to not have to go back downstairs. The beds are on almost like a military platform and it made them incredibly low to the ground. Perhaps this was just because we were in an accessibility room, though -- if that's the case then this specific comment is not valid. Finally, in the accessible room there's motorized shades. They were broken when we got into the room leaving us no way to close our window. After some finagling I was able to get them to come out of the motorized housing and close. But it makes me wonder how someone that was in a wheelchair or otherwise unable to be mobile could have gotten them closed.

No Tv or internet entire 3 day stay. Very Rude woman at front desk said they had TV in lobby so it should be fine. Other front desk people said they were working on it..No updates at all. Shade in room did not work, so bright lights all night long. Rude woman said she had no idea what our room looked like so couldnt say where the remote was.

This location was across the street from the Tommy Bartlett Observstory which was like stepping back in time. Our children had a lot of fun there. We also appreciated the included breakfast and the convenient location to water parks in the area.

Its a newer building. The receptionist had an attitude. During breakfast the juice machine was out of order. I asked her and she barked at me. I dont drink coffee so I had to buy something fro the hotel. The room was good except that the backout curtain was not functioonable so I called and it took an hour to get someone to come and fix it. Also. The read light by the bed didnt work. I told the staff and no one came to look at it. Service was horrible!!!

When we checked in there was some issue with the key so we had to wait for a bit. The people in front of us were frustrated and the front desk guy handled it very well. He is truly an amazing employee, he handled the situation very professionally.

We stayed for 5 days as a group of 4. Hotel was clean and had good breakfast. The lady that took care of breakfast was prudent in her job. She was quick to replenish/refill items as and when it needs to be done. They had quite a good menu for breakfast (only missing item was Bread). Otherwise, its a quite good breakfast. Hotel is close to all the major Wisconsin Dells attractions. Its walkable to some good dining options. Also, very close to gas station in case you need some quick items during your trip (We flew in and didn't have car, so it helped to have things in walkable distance). Overall, a great place to stay for the price. I compared few other hotel options and this one was economical and served the purpose. I would recommend.
