Elm Tree Farm was a lovely old farmhouse situated in the quiet countryside. We had a lovely warm welcome from Gina. The breakfast was very good with a selection of homemade marmalades and jam.

Very quiet location. Nothing any bother for landlady Gina. Breakfast superb. Gina asked me what i would to eat and she provided it. Fresh fruit, porridge etc. Cooked breakfast excellent, too. Everything cooked fresh. I will return. 5 stars

Happy motorbikers passing through

Gina is a super host. She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places. Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road. A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.
