The terraced house has on the ground floor a spacious and high-quality living and dining area with open kitchen and a guest toilet. An open wooden staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds) and a shower room with toilet, Bodenerwärmung and towel dryer. All windows are equipped with shutters, some with insect screens. A high-quality execution and attractive charisma ensure living quality.
