Sole use of large country home in two sections, so suits two families, with friendly farm animals. Wide verandahs overlooking rural views, set on a 4 acre garden estate, a short walk to Wollombi village.
There's a small fenced plunge pool to swim in, and a huge games room with a pool table, piano and library.
All King beds can be split to singles on request.
