The room was horrible. Booked a non smoking room but i was given a smoking room. The bed was very uncomfortable. Lightning is horrible in the room. Holes in the bathroom wall. Environment very dirty. This establishment needs to close down.

Everything went wrong. Place is horrible I checked out literally 10 minutes after checking in. Place is dirty. Door locks don’t work, weird people in the parking spaces I requested a refund and the property is not helping and Expedia isn’t helping as either should not advertise. Properties this bad we felt unsafe . Is just frustrated that I arrive the property checked in place doesn’t meet the criteria kids and wife don’t feel safe so I request a refund and they don’t want to give back the money

Parking area was unsafe. Abandoned cars parked in the parking lot. Potholes in the driveway of the hotel. Heating did not work. There was no trashcan in the room for me to dump my trash. Staff were totally oblivious to my concerns. I lost my complaint with staff before I left the hotel premises.

Disgusting. Visible dirt everywhere on the property. King bed was a double air mattress in front of a king headboard. Unhoused person in the lobby.

The only thing good about this property is the convenience of the highway, transportation, gas! The parking is free and you have easy access to certain places. Overall, I wouldn’t rent there ever again.

I would give this property a zero star if I could . I book this hotel for my husband because he just wanted a cheap place for one night . This hotel is dirty , and unsafe . I would never go back and would not recommend it . The were dogs roaming around the property, people smoking on the property when we chose a non smoking room . My husband had to fine another hotel .

Throughout the stay the fire alarm kept beeping as it seems its battery was close to dying. When we entered the room, there were used towels on the windowsill in plain view to see, and half of our lights were not operational. The parking lot also felt unsafe as there were very few lights.

Smelled insanely badly like mold and from the fist moment you step in its dirty trash all over I reserved a king size bed non smoking and I got a full size were I had to place it on the floor due to me tossing badly and can fall easily and get injured and the room smelled like mold and smoke of cigarettes and weed plus to make worst matters there was needles all over outside the hotel never again I definitely make it my best to get my money back

The building is a little old and the carpeting in the hallways is worn, with a dark streak in the center from foot traffic and age stepped into the floor. But, the service was good. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and efficient. The room itself was not carpeted, much to my relief, as I’d much rather stay in a room with semi clean hard floors than those with carpet that will feel dirty to the touch, no matter how much they’re scrubbed. The room was nice with a big TV and a comfortable bed. It was a good night’s sleep at a decent price.
