This is an amazing place to stay. The beds are seriously the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in! We stayed here on our way home to NS, and on our return trip to Ottawa. There are two huge signs in the lobby saying “Free Breakfast” and underneath, “Free Grab and Go Breakfast”. Both are great. We ate a light breakfast in the restaurant, and popped over to the area near the front desk to pick up some grab and go for the drive. I did read both sides of the breakfast card to see if it was one OR the other, and it did not. So, my mom and I picked up some juice and Rice Krispie squares. We were very quickly called to the counter and asked to see our cards. I told him I wasn’t aware it was one OR the other, but he more or less embarrassed me in front of other people staying at the hotel. I felt like thief, and told him very nicely it should say “one or the other”. Anyways, the other people staying there said they would have been so embarrassed too. Be aware it’s one or the other.

Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel itself is new and quite lovely inside, plus has baronial chairs and large flower pots outside to sit in and relax. It's in a very quiet area..... you feel like you're out in the country. Food was very good. Easy, free parking and free breakfast were nice perks. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Always enjoy staying at Amsterdam Inn, especially Florenceville-Bristol. Love the free breakfast yet, miss the A La Carte breakfast, much better than the buffet.

Excellent Hotel

This was a great hotel along the Trans Canada. Looked pretty new. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable as was the room. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good! I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful, the beds comfy, and the rooms quiet. The hotel is only 4 years old, and is wonderful. Lots of pluses for this, and right off the highway! Will definitely stay here again!
