rooms are dated. front desk staff was nice at check-in, but breakfast staff was not friendly at all and acted like we were a bother. breakfast offering was basic, would have appreicated better fruit (apples were soft, tangerines were bruised, no bananas).

I have stayed in this location multiple times and I will continue to stay here. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean and spacious. The front lobby is very clean. The staff has always been courteous and welcoming. The breakfast is so good that I brought Tupperware the second time so I could bring food to work.

The breakfast was great. The staff member had her 60th birthday while we were there and she was fantastic. She was beyond friendly and worked so hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. The place was immaculate. The woman deserves a promotion!

We had booked the room for a jetted tub, that didn’t work properly at all. The water wouldn’t stay in the tub, we had to keep refilling it. The jets were so powerful we couldn’t even use them. We found ants in our first room, they were coming up through the floors and the grout around the tub/tile. They moved us across the hall and not even 10 minutes in there we found more ants, so with no choices left they “upgraded” us to a different room. When we tried to speak to the staff the morning we checked out they were unhelpful and rude. Completely condescending, only a few of the staff members were polite and helpful, they clearly take zero pride in their establishment and it’s absolutely appalling. The fact that Expedia even has them as an option is beyond crazy to me. This hotel has some of the worst google reviews, but i didn’t see any of that on here when I booked. I will never stay at this hotel again and I very well might be done with Expedia as well. WORST experience me and my partner have ever had. Never ever will I recommend this hotel or this app for booking, absolutely ridiculous!

Room was spotless hsd a very cute window seat. We both loved the size of the t.v. edpecially for sports. Breakfast was ok the usual fare. I asked for a room change, fod middle of Nov. A family member member is disabled. We got adjoining rooms and the barrier free bathroom is amazing!! The person who helped us was very helpful and understanding. Would not hesitate to stay here at all.
