Clean hotel with nice beds. Only fault are the room keys. They have to be reprogrammed frequently. 3 times in 2 days. The person in the room next to us had the same problem. Other than that it was a decent hotel.

The sofa and carpet had stains. Terrible odor. Front desk supplied a odor machine to plug in wall. Did not work. Fortunately, we had some personal fragrance spray we used. Linda who provides the breakfast is SUPER!

Great location near NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast is exceptional. The bed in my room was comfortable, but a little too soft for me. Staff very friendly and helpful. The ice machine is not too close to the rooms in the back (where I was at). Business center was towards the back.
