If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

🐾 Pet Guidelines
• 1 small, house-trained dog welcome. Pet fee: $75 per stay.
• Pets must not be left unattended, on furniture, or in beds (especially if they shed).
• Please wipe paws before coming inside.
• Poop bags required — waste must go in the outdoor trash bin on the right side of the house.
• Undeclared pet fee: $150 per pet.

🧹 Cleaning & Damage Fees

We kindly ask guests to treat the home with care. If damage or extra cleaning is required, the following charges apply:
• Towels – $20 each
• Linens – $30 each
• Duvet cover – $100
• Comforter – $200
• Carpet professional cleaning – $200
• Sofa professional cleaning – $180 each
• Pet cleanup (excessive) – $500
• Party cleanup – $500
• Reset smoke detectors – $500

🛋 Sofa & Furniture Care
• The sofa is light-colored and easily stained. Please avoid food and drinks directly on it.
• Throw blankets are provided if you’d like to use them as covers.

🚮 Trash Disposal
• Extra bags are under the kitchen sink.
• Recycling: place items in the garage recycling bin.
• Regular trash: place bags in the outdoor container on the right side of the house.

❄️ Air Conditioning
• Keep thermostat at 70°F or higher.
• Lower settings can cause the basement A/C to freeze and stop working.

• Parking is available in the driveway or garage.

• This cozy home is NOT for parties, events, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors may result in removal without refund.
• Quiet residential neighborhood — respect our neighbors.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (especially outdoors).
• No smoking or vaping inside the house.
• Please treat our home as if it were your own — leave it tidy for the next guest.
