Innsbrook!

Overall the property is nice and we had a really memorable time. Water toys were great fun, house was nicely equipped, well kept, clean. Very private - Innsbrook is a wonderful place to getaway. Having been to Innsbrook prior, we had knowledge of this great community - which is beautiful, serene and lovely. A couple of mentionable hiccups are that the pull out couches are not the traditional mattress inside a couch types. They are the equivalent of waiting room chairs shaped like a bed, suitable only for children who are exhausted from water play. Communication with host was easy only after the host reached out for guest info, but was unreachable via the listed contact. A guest manual would have been incredibly handy in the cabin for checkout, garbage and recycling info as it has to be taken to the community waste area by guests, as well as Innsbrook maps and activities.

Friend getaway

Great lake property and a very clean home. The lake was great, along with all the water toys! There are many chairs around the fire pit, and many places in Innsbrook fall short of chairs. Upon arrival, the screen doors in the back didn't close, and the AC didn't work. Management took care of it once I reached out. The low score was because four of the five beds were terrible. My friend had picked up two foam covers so she could try to sleep. If you have kids, they probably won't mind. The master bed was comfortable.
