Wander Innsbrook Lakeside is a secluded mountain cabin in the woods, blending modern design with cozy luxury. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or enjoy the BBQ area and indoor fireplace. Guests have access to Innsbrook Resort, offering endless activities such as canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking scenic trails, horseback riding, and playing a round of golf. The resort also features a community pool and tennis courts, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure.

Innsbrook, Missouri, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers. Visitors can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing on the serene lakes or explore scenic hiking trails that wind through lush forests and rolling hills. COMMUNITY POOLS
You can access the two nearby community pools, which are open during the spring and summer months. Please note that these pools are not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in Innsbrook. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password, directions, and relevant addresses beforehand, which are available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app.

WILDLIFE WARNING
The woodland property is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bugs and other wildlife that may draw near to the home, especially during the warmer months. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone.

To minimize the presence of pests, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. Leaving doors and windows open can greatly increase the likelihood of unwanted critters entering the home.

We take great care to keep the home clean and well-maintained, and every effort is made to minimize the presence of insects through regular treatments and thorough cleanings before each guest stay.


PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

House was very nice—located in a quiet secluded area full of wildlife. Nicely stocked kitchen, fun resort feel. Good for multiple family gatherings. Be aware that you are booking off the VRBO site but to check in, information comes from a company called Wander and you need to additionally deal with downloading their app and complete their verification process. It was do-able but not near as smooth as if you are dealing with just VRBO. They are very responsive however which is nice because a lot of info is missing once you get to the house and you need to ask (can the door be locked? Where does garbage go? Is there wood to use for the fire pit? Etc.). There is not a book in the house with this basic info like there normally is in rentals. The check in to the Innsbrook property itself was confusing but that isn’t the owners fault. It would help if they had house numbers on the house—we just assumed it was the correct house due to the “Wander” sign in the yard but the wording on the house says “The Treehouse” — on VRBO it was titled Innsbrook Woods. All in all a very nice place to stay for all ages. A bonus is not having to do any laundry prior to check out—you just remove your things and tell them you are leaving so they can remotely lock up.

This pet friendly home in Innsbrook was absolutely amazing! So perfect for our 4 day stay with family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. 20 min from the venue. Safe. Beautiful neighborhood. Saw so much wildlife in the area. The house had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend the house and the property owner.
