Surrounded by wonderfully landscaped grounds, this contemporary designed townhouse is positioned on the southern end of Wrightsville Beach and has endless views of the Atlantic Ocean. With a spacious sun deck, ample parking, and a private efficiency suite – “Reefs Edge” is perfect for multigenerational families.
The main space of “Reefs Edge” features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open concept living area, and offers updated flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and stunning new decks on the oceanside of the home. The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A large sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple pleasure. Beautiful white cabinetry with underlighting provides a nice ambient light in the evenings and adds to the bright, cheery appearance of the kitchen. Full-sized updated stainless-steel appliances help make cooking and clean up a breeze. This kitchen is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing!
Relax on the deck with a cold beverage or stroll down the private beach access for a long walk on the gorgeous white sandy beaches. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main house includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.
