Convenient to much of downtown Wilmington along with the waterfront, Beautiful views from the rooms of the Cape Fear river. Parking is very limited and the rooms, mainly bathrooms, could use a deep cleaning. Otherwise, we love staying at this Beat Western for its overall convenience to Live Oak Pavilion and downtown Wilmington.

The floor of the room was dirty, smelled damp, windows didnt open to let fresh air i. The aircon noisy and sounds of other rooms aircon can be heard all the time when this room aircon switcged off.
