The hotel was very clean and a great location as I was in town to attend a Chicago Cubs game. Directly across the street from the stadium and great dinning establishments in walking distance.

They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing.

Bathroom looked dingy and found hair on towels. Sheets had strong bleach smell. Never received the bar tickets or dinner coupons. Keys didn’t work all the time. Had to msg to ask for the provided water bottles. One small ice machine on first floor. Doors creaked. Positive note.. close to Wrigley. ...
