A really good hotel with excellent staff and in a great location. My Junior King Suite was very good value for money. I was slightly disappointed to find, apart from desserts, that everything on the menu had garlic in it. However, the staff were really good about sorting that out for me and found an alternative. One strange thing was that the curtains were narrower than the windows! I shall return to Wroclaw at some point as it is a beautiful city, and will hope to get the same room here when I do.

Great location. Excellent service. A nice hotel overall. Only negative was the bathroom door which was extremely heavy, therefore difficult to handle for older individuals.

Great hotel in almost every way except for 2 things: Elevators are slow and you will end up waiting a long time. Check in- the queue was horrendous. Apart from that, nice hotel with good breakfast. Room was big. The earplugs were a worry, and after some research, it seems they are needed on a weekend. We were there on a Monday, so we had a quiet night.

Great family short stay

We were positively surprised booking our stay. We opted for breakfast and had everything we needed from healthy options and freshly squeezed juice to lovely pancakes. Very friendly staff and always there to help. Comfy beds and so wasn’t too busy during the day. We will be back when next time in Wroclaw. Thank you
