Comfy, convenient and great value

Stayed for one night. Easy to get to by Schwebebahn from Wuppertal Hbf. to Robert-Daum Platz and then approx 10 minute walk along well-lit road. Area felt safe even though I was alone and arrived in the dark. Receptionist spoke excellent English. Check-in was painless. Access out of hours was by coded door locks. Room small but perfectly formed with single bed, en suite toilet & shower, TV and useful tablet for looking up transport info/places to eat/things to do etc. Very clean, very comfortable. No aircon but not a problem in November (probably is in high summer). Ear plugs were provided, though not needed! Netto supermarket and choice of places to eat close by. Only negatives - curtains a bit thin and free wi-fi was incredibly slow.

Clean basic no frills room at a great price.

Stayed 3 nights as a Homebase for sightseeing the surrounding area. McDonalds was just across the way ( good morning coffee ) and an Aldi's type market was just a few hundred feet away to stock up on fruit water & snacks for the day. This hotel is located in a small strip mall with a Pizza place and a Chinese buffet also. There was ample free parking offered by the hotel. See photo below. If you stay in Wuppertal you MUST check out their suspended tram system as shown in the photo below. It even travels over top of the river ( Google Earth Wuppertal to see it from above). My single room very basic and way down the hall. Bathroom with shower was small but roomy enough for me.

It was very hot. I thought the place had air conditioning but no. They did provide a fan which helped a lot. Liked the convenience of the location. I had a power surge on the outlets and they fixed it promptly

No frills value hotel, gets hot.

We were here for one night passing through, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. The pad in the room explained the facilities and any extra needs, as it was hot we requested a fan as the rooms were not air conditioned and an extra pillow which the staff were helpful and provided although there may be an issue if you want these when the staff are not present. I slept fine but my partner got hot and sweaty as the fan turned off as it is on a timer. Although there is a vending machine in the communal area, there was no fridge in the room to keep things cool but you get what you pay for. Plus points - Good value, free parking Room for improvement - Room gets hot due to lack of aircon, no fridge in room Overall I would recommend if you are spending one day passing through, it may be a bit cramped and uncomfortable for a longer stay.

Perfect discount hotel

If affordable is what you need, this is your place. No extras (chair, maps, tourist advice, waiting area, clock etc) but extremely affordable, compact & clean. It's over a series of shops that shut down at night so it's also super quiet.

Good value

The room was clean with a good shower and comfy bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night on our way to Hockenheim for F2 but I'd have happily stayed longer.

Nice hotel near public transit

I stayed at the hotel to attend a large trade show in Dusseldorf. Bathroom and shower were very clean and worked well. Check-in was very efficient and the staff was helpful and professional.

Nice located hotel

Nice stay despite the bad weather we had. Walking distance to city centre, thru very nice street with lot of cafes and restaurants. Close to WuppertalerSchwebebahn, suspended monorail or floating tram (between two stations), which is most famous attraction in Wuppertal. Should take a ride !

Good hotel for a very good rate

Very good rate for a hotel in a good shape. Location is very central and got got infrastructure nearby. Even local transport is close (Schwebebahn) and you could walk downtown Wuppertal (Elberfeld) I would stay there again

Good cheap place with good wifi

Small but clean rooms, good wifi, small doorknobs not easy to open while carrying other items. Free parking, sub shop and gas nearby. Walk to Schwebebahn stop.

Clean and Comfort

Very clean and comfort. Nice bath and shower. Easy access to petrol station, Mc Donald's and Subway. Can't be better.

Located in a shopping center (parking lot surrounded by shops). Enter the shopping center at the gas station. The single room was basic, just big enough for bed, desk, and bathroom. It was pretty clean and everything seemed relatively new. The wifi connection constantly went down, which I found really annoying. And there is no one around to reset the router after 10pm, so I had to wait until the following morning to access wifi. In the same shopping center is a Subway sandwich, Dominoes pizza, a supermarket, and a bunch of auto repair shops. On the weekends, car guys like to congregate in the parking lot and show off their cars. I think car culture in Germany is interesting. Overall, a good deal for the price, and I would consider staying there again, as long as they fix their wifi.

Attending the Interpack

The hotel was good but pretty basic and it was a surprise to see it located above shops. We were attending a exhibition in Dussledoft 'Interpack' and while it was a good distance away the public transport made it accessible
