The room is too closer to the elevator, feels noisy. Other than that, all good especially friendly stuffs.

The room is clean but curtain is dusty. Ultra convenient location. Plenty of shops and food options within walking distance.

This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. The room temperature had a lower limit that was simply too hot to sleep comfortably. I ended using a large towel as my cover, but that still left me hot the entire night. If you need a low-temp, personally controlled room temp. like me, then this might not be the hotel for you. But if you have no problem sleeping in a room that it is a little on the warm side, then you will be in heaven with this hotel.

Very friendly front desk, large, clean and very quiet room, excellent room service. Close to the shopping malls and restaurants, very convenient !
