In die Jahre gekommenes Domizil in guter Lage

Die Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum und der Strand sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Leider ist das Objekt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte besser instand gehalten werden. Diverse Lampen und Uhren funktionierten nicht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft leider total ausgekühlt und es konnte erst nach 2 Tagen eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht werden.
