Great place to stop for the night!

In the process of a remodel, hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly!! Pet friendly as we were traveling with a very unhappy cat.

Pool was totally out of service (Maybe being refurbished/reconstruction). Looked like it had been this was for a Long Time (AS Months. I worked over 45 years in Construction and I know signs of Staging, Work and NO Work), The Lady at the Front Desk said she did NOT know whether or not the Pool was Open. (It took me about 1-1/2 Minutes, including the walk) to find out it was not in service. She either fabricated, was not informed by someone that knew (Manager, at least), or looked for herself. The ELEVATOR did NOT Work.!!!! There was NO Morning Breakfast, AS ADVERTISED, other than (2) groups of Bananas still in the Grocery Boxes and some Mini Muffins still in Manufacturers Wrapper. (Mine was stale.). ADDITIONALLY, The Motels Road Sign was still claiming to Provide a Morning Breakfast.

Warning! Under Renovation!

Horrible stay. I am actually going to request a rate adjustment. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation and the place was a work zone. Which is fine if that was mentioned on their website when I made a nonrefundable reservation. But it was not. The top two floors were closed off. The room we got was sub par. Dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable. Ratty bedspread and pillows. Couldn’t see out the window, mold on the windowsill, TV cable running thru the wall and along the wall. There were no amenities, no breakfast (except a coffee pot on a small table next to the front desk with some Muffins) and the doors weren’t working when we went to check out. They had turned them off so they could work in that area. Again…that would all be ok if I knew all that going in and wasn’t charged full price for a room. I am willing to pay for a roof over my head but not $145 for a stay worth about $50.00

Construction turmoil

Total cluster F Construction everywhere in the property, overbooked. Went from a reserved king room to 2 queens. 2nd floor room, elevator out. Breakfast supposed to be available, but due to construction, was not, pool was also closed. Toilet not bolted to the floor, wobbly and cracked toilet seat cover. Manager was not there at check in or check out. Left phone message and email...no response after 2.5 hrs....

The woman at the Front desk was fantastic. She accommodated moving me off the first floor, where my room faced the parking lot for anyone to look into my room, and across from the breakfast area. My 2nd floor room was much better. But there was NO hot water. It went from warm to cool and warm, but never hot. Breakfast was standard fare. There are signs that they are renovating and hopefully things will improve. Again, the woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The beds are comfortable-but that was the extent of our good experience. We had no lights in the bathroom, the sink was clogged, the listing I booked showed a couch that I assumed would be in the room but instead our family of 5 were forced to make it work with 2 queens. Hotel felt and looked dirty, although signs did state it was under renovations.

We paid extra to stay in a hotel with a pool upon arrival we were told the pool was under maintenance. Rooms were not clean bathrooms were disgusting. Elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. We literally stayed 5 hours then left

A very costly vacation!!!

This hotel was a God send. Our car broke down 50 miles away. We lost one night's stay. But, the hotel gave us a break on the second night's stay once we got the car towed there. They let me stay in the hotel until 1:00 the next day while my husband was at the car shop getting our car fixed. The young woman at the front desk was awesome. She was loving and very caring about our situation. She was an angel!!!!
