Σε απόσταση ενός λεπτού βρίσκονται φούρνος, δυο παντοπωλεία , γαλακτοπωλείο , δυο φαρμακεία , τράπεζα με αυτόματη ανάληψη χρημάτων (ΑΤΜ) , γιατροί όλων των ειδικοτήτων και κατάστημα Cofee Island. Η παλιά πόλη απέχει πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια . Στη μεγάλη βεράντα υπάρχει τέντα για τον ήλιο και μπάρμπεκιου.
Το διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από 2 ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μπάνιο και μεγάλο σαλόνι.
Σε 20 - 25 λεπτά υπάρχουν 5 παραλίες , οι τρεις από αυτές με γαλάζια σημαία (εξαιρετικής καθαρότητας θάλασσα) αλλά και το δέλτα του ποταμού Νέστου.
