From the moment we stepped off the plane this resort thought of everything! Not having to spend $150 on a shuttle to the resort was so nice, the resort is smaller which is so nice so you’re not having to walk miles for anything, especially with kids. We got a swim out suite and oh my was is wonderful! They literally thought of everything from the bug spray, toiletries, robes, slippers, cleaned our room not once but TWICE a day. Left little surprises for our kids. Sun hats for a at the beach, brought our 5 year old who was celebrating her birthday a cake to the room, don’t worry about packing a bunch of clothes because they have a all in one washer and dryer and to top it off the FOOD was amazing, every night was something different and when i say this is a high end resort with delicious food and not just a. Buffet you get everywhere else that’s what i mean. Such friendly staff we don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. Amazing

The staff were the best part of the visit, especially when dining. It was a beautiful location, quiet, with three pools and amazing service. A couple of drawbacks. We went in October (rainy season) and with the seaweed, you could not swim off the beach. Also, we understand that many places are trying to keep their clientele but we are not in favour of timeshares. Which is one presentation that you need to participate in. However, the staff were not pushy and very knowledgeable, so it was manageable.

This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it

Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware, it’s just a sales pitch to join a membership to their hotels
