This was an amazing experience! I don’t have enough good words to say, the resort was stunning, better than the photos. The food was great with something for everyone. But the thing that stood out the most to us was the SERVICE. The staff was beyond helpful and treated us like their own friends and family. They were genuinely happy to give us the best and most relaxing vacation and stopped at nothing to make sure we were happy. We celebrated our 2 year anniversary and the staff had rose petals and champagne waiting for us in the room, and a special dinner with more rose petals and ALL of the restaurants staff making an effort to make sure we were taken care of at Tentezzonie. The pools had plenty of options whether you wanted more energy around you, or if you wanted some quiet to relax. And the bartenders were equally impressive at all of them. The butler service was one of my favourite parts of this resort, as you always had a friendly face outside your room ready to help you in any way. They became a point of comfort and we loved waking up to their happy greetings, and helpful recommendations of what to do on the resort. A special mention to Maggie who went above and beyond to help us in anyway and was just the sweetest person in general. Santos at La terrazza also deserves a mention, he was so kind and fun to be around. He made you anything you wanted with a smile on his face and made sure you got exactly what you wanted with an option for a triple:)

The resort itself needs work, seems like it was under construction in some areas. The food at TRS was horrible all around. Go to Kantenah... great food. Colonial had nice entertainment. TRS is on the boring side of things. The infinity pool at TRS is beautiful. My room smelled of mildew, really wet feeling inside. Wishlist was completed but not provided before arrival. Dirty glasses in room as well as the sliding door needs repairing. The room structure needs to be updated. The staff is AMAZING. Everyone was really nice, sweet and kind. Very very helpful the entire time we were there. They do sweet little things like sing to you to celebrate you which is nice but again, the foid, especially the buffet is HORRIBLE, drinks are watered down unless asked for straight or a side shot. Overall I wouldn't recommend TRS Yucatan or go back. The sister hotels that are connected are better but they're family hotels.

This resort was beautiful!! We loved our stay and the staff was nothing short of fantastic! My only complaint was that the food starts to taste all the same after a bit, but honestly what do you expect from an all inclusive? But it was not bad at all, the pool food was a bit questionable but the restaurant’s weren’t bad at all! My one complaint would be that it is hard to get a reservation at the restaurant’s! And we are here during off season, so I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak season! Overall review would be a 8.5/10 and I would definitely come back!

The resort is very nice, food and staff are great. Down side is it’s so big you have to try and catch a cart every where and it’s not always easy. Also I did not like that we paid for an all inclusive but when you get there they tell you unless you pay 500.00 more you don’t get the experience other get and that you wouldn’t have to pay that if you didn’t book through a 3rd party site. So was the 500.00 extra worth it? Not really. I didn’t like that when you get there booking in takes SO LONG because they want you to upgrade your stay. I just got off a flight and an hour drive to the hotel, I just want to chill not be hustled for more money! It was nice but the ocean is much prettier at other resorts and knowing what I know now we probably would not return.

Plenty of pool and food options! Julio was especially lovely in Helios. Our Butlers Paola, Gabriel, and Naomi were very responsive, friendly, and helpful! Our first night was very fun and special because Fran made us wonderful and unique shots at the Terrace Bar. The ocean pool is especially lovely! We loved that we could select the liquor we wanted in our drinks too (I recommend the “blue bottle” tequila!). Staff were all very kind and the golf cart service was very convenient, thought once in a while you’d and up stranded for a little on one of the properties. The only activity we did was rifle shooting but it was so fun and Andres was a wonderful instructor!

The property is truly beautiful this was my first time staying at the TRS, getting to explore the property and see the birds and lizards and the coati's was very nice. The food options were the best I've experienced outside of Canada and I was impressed with the selection. Butler and transportation services were exceptional. The size of the properties and # of pool and restaurant options was a bit overwhelming thankfully the butlers were there to help direct us. My only complaint with my stay was parts of the mangrove trails and the lobby bay water feature were closed off for maintenance, this was a bit of an eye sore and inconvenient having to detour around a large part of the resort to get to lobby and as a nature person this was a big part of the trip I was excited to experience. I hope to be able to return at some point and walk the trails watch the birds in the morning. Over all I had an amazing time for my friend's wedding. Thank.
