Very nice hotel

Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious suite in Executive floor . Unfortunately could not really utilise the lounge, as we were not back to the hotel at the right times. Meals and service good in 2 restaurants. Incredibly comprehensive breakfast. The only negative is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Classy hotel with friendly English speaking staff, clean and comfortable room. A special shout out to the hotel porter Andy who spoke great English and was so helpful during my stay and truly went above and beyond in his customer service. The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the closest entry point onto the City wall (Changle gate), which I highly recommend to rent a bicycle on.

Lovely suite. Excellent porters who all spoke excellent English. The bar staff didn't speak English and this made ordering difficult. The spa facility was closed (but no notice). Lots of mosquitoes in the lobby.

整体入住体验非常好，房间很宽阔也很安静，卫生条件很好。前台的任月非常好，帮助了我们很多，非常感谢她。门口帮助我们拿行李的一位服务人员也很亲切，服务是很体贴的。唯一一点是入住需要支付押金，这是我在其他五星级酒店没有遇到的。 整体很棒，位置也不错，给任月点赞，英文棒棒哒，人也nice
