My stay in March 2025.

It was great. staff were very professional and friendly, breakfast and afternoon coffee food was good. Tours arranged by hotel staff were good. Room was great. Gym is bare minimum and some improvements would be helpful.

Great hotel, super new and modern. Rooms are big and spacious, they have great facilities. Breakfast and afternoon tea with fairly good options, restaurant accommodate great options of local cuisine. Hotel is located walking distance of touristic places and well located to enjoy Xi’an. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Xian

Stayed here for 7 nights as a family with young children. Spacious room with a comfortable king bed. There are also eateries around the hotel and is about 10 mins walk to Zhonglou where most of the eateries were. Overall, a pleasant stay and do recommend to other travellers

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and always spotless, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is incredibly strategic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day. Another bonus was the free laundry room available for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and convenience – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Xi’an Eastern House Boutique. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel’s location offered plenty of great dining options nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to 十⼀. She went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging complimentary afternoon tea for us while we waited.

This hotel was on on-par with others that were twice the amount. The check-in service was so smooth and efficient. I barely had time to finish my welcome mango juice before they were whisking my bags to the room. As for the room, it was tastefully appointed with marble in the bathroom, good wood textures on the closets, and such an adorable tea set on the desk. I also want to point out they left a welcome sheet that also gave you the temperature for that day as well as the next. The location is within walking distance of some great food and shopping. The only thing I would like to call out is that if you are coming in from the train station, definitely take a cab. Also, contact the hotel so you can get the Chinese name to tell the taxi driver. And now to my favorite part, the staff. They were already great with check-in and everything. But I would like to say they were even more phenomenal after I sustained an injury while walking around the city. They were all so sweet and caring. Between loaning my friend and I a wheelchair to use. Bringing up multiple pillow s so I could keep my leg elevated. Bring up ice and plenty of bags to put it in. Then helping us grab a taxi and load everything. It just helped me be able to not freak out. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Xi’an
