From the moment we arrived in the airport, the shuttle driver could not find my family’s shuttle reservation, which was purchased through their website. The stay at the hotel (Riviera Adults Only) was mediocre at best. Then, the shuttle to go home never arrived. Why offer the service when they don’t deliver?? You would think that with the amount paid, the service would be excellent, it was not.

The resort is absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous. The view from the rooms and the pools into the beach and ocean are a dream. Buffet food was okay but the desserts were a highlight. A la carte restaurants were a fun experience however not the most amazing food I’ve had in my life. Room was routinely cleaned very thoroughly and they did an excellent job. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful.

All the staff is attentive. They walk right up to you and ask you what you need, friendly always smiling. Clean beautiful resort. I thought I was in paradise and they are entertaining! ( shout out to my girl "whats mi numbre -Fatima!). The food is mid except for the restaurants but I get that at a resort. Could use some more top shelf alcohol variety. Beach is beautiful but sand is hard and water had a lot of seaweed at the time if year in May(still BEAUTIFUL)
