The Hotel Ground is beautiful. The Sargasso was out of the hotels control but very beautiful and serene. Hospitality, Food and Staff were great but I would avoid the Buffet and eat at Sorrento’s instead. If you want to eat at the buffet go very very early unless you like food that’s been sitting there for hours. The pool tiles and pool in general are in desperate need of repairs/replacement and/or upgrades. A fresh paint job surrounding the pool bar are needed too. Night Themes are completely subpar and need a livelier better lineup. They couldn’t retain keeping vacationers to watch most nights. They were simply getting up and walking away… me included! . I like the Celebration of the States of Mexico Theme. No need for a karaoke theme night in a resort setting but that’s my opinion.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They all seemed truly happy to work there. They did a fantastic job with my dietary restrictions -Celiac disease. I was not sick the entire trip! I hope to vcation here again soon!

Staff was friendly, linen & towels are clean, pool and beach are great, drinks are moderate, breakfast and lunch are buffet there are too many options but the quality is moderate like all similar All Inclusive, the terrible part is dinner. Except the mexican night all other restaurants are not something you think. Forget italian and steakhouse but intl restaurant and mexican one are better. If you have a car try outside but need to drive

Best beach in tulum Hotels a very chill quiet vibe, very relaxing. Staff is amazing best service hands down!! The food was the only thing we didnt like Wish they served authentic flavors, needs to represent mexicos amazing food culture. However the city is a short drive and we had access to good street food stalls and shops Walking distance to a couple of beautiful canote Will definitely return The hotels beach front is incredible and makes everything worth it.
