Casa Luca is a beautifully modern 2-bed villa located in a family-friendly residential area a stone's throw from the famous Marina Rubicon. It’s cleverly designed, bright, and modern with contemporary furnishings throughout.



As you enter Casa Luca you’ll find yourself in an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. A sleek dining room adjoins a modern lounge where neutral colours combine with natural materials to create that sense of calm. Perfect after a long day of relaxing by the pool!



Patio doors from the lounge area lead you out to your outdoor living space. A private, heated swimming pool, and perfectly located sunbeds enjoy a vista stretching down to the ocean and to the right, Montana Roja - the Red Mountain. There’s a brick BBQ too for a spot of al-fresco dining!



Upstairs you’ll find two stylish bedrooms with views across Playa Blanca. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized bed and there’s a pretty twin bedroom and spacious family bathroom.



Casa Luca is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and restaurants with the main resort of Playa Blanca a mere 5-minute drive away. Throughout your Lanzarote holiday villa, there’s WiFi, a TV with a great range of international channels and a DVD player!
