Country House 'Casa De Pato' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Casa de Pato is set midway between Papagayo Beaches and the Marina Rubicon, with the coastline just a short distance away.



It is only a 2-minute walk to two supermarkets, which stock everything you need for your holiday. Next to one of the supermarkets, there is also a café that opens early for breakfast and an Indian restaurant and lounge bar.



In the garden, there is a shaded sofa area to relax, a covered dining area, a BBQ, and a modern Bali-style lounge bed next to the pool.



The pool is electrically heated and there are sun loungers available. The garden gate is lockable, making the garden completely secure for young children.



The lounge is bright, sunny, and comfortable with free fibre optic WiFi and IPTV. There is also a desk if you need to work during your stay.



Off the lounge, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. A door leads to a utility room, where you will find a washing machine, clothes airer, and useful storage space for all your beach gear.



There is a single bedroom on the ground floor, along with a small cloakroom with a toilet and sink. The stairs lead to two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a new walk-in shower.
