We booked this villa for 28 days, based on the description that detailed privacy of the fenced-in garden and private pool. We arrived and there were construction workers who overlooked the "private" outside space as they were building 3 villas next door. The noise and lack of privacy from the building site was untenable and we had no choice but to book another villa for the the remaining 26 nights. There is also no privacy from the main road only metal railings, with passing pedestrians often looking in.

The property needs updating but it is spacious and clean. Appliances in kitchen old and water tank not big enough to fill the bath as it runs out before it’s full. The pool filtration and heating were out of order which meant we couldn’t swim in it although they did try and fix it whilst we were there but unsuccessfully. Building site next door which appears to have been abandoned. Having said all the above it was nice to get a break away in the sun and walkable to new supermarket and the beach.

Great property as described good location and good backup from agent , just a couple of small faults No uk TV they installed satellite tv but 700 German channels, no instructions in English I am a Spanish speaker so no problem. No instructions for using the safe and a few additional kitchen items needed , wooden spoons , jugs needed , no scissors no drink mats only minor things but necessary

Estupenda estancia

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la comunicacion con la anfitriona ha sido excelente, y la casa estaba fenomenal y fiel reflejo de lo indicado en el anuncio. Quizá algo de más de material, digamos indispensable, como pastillas de lavavajillas o papel higiénico o jabón de manos si podria ser deseable. Pero no empaña lo fenomenal de la casa y la estancia.
