Beautiful traditional small hotel with traditionally styled rooms. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open on the night we stayed.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Nice location, room and breakfast. Communal Facilities need a facelift. Hot tub needed a clean and refill. Admin chaotic - our reservation was duplicated. We were charged twice and refused a refund.
The property was lovely and clean, cleaning carried out everyday. Staff very helpful. Rooms could have done with a small fridge, breakfast okay but I would have liked more protein in the choice. Restaurant good quality but expensive. Pool area lovely but sometimes a sewage smell when sunbathing. No one available to advise of this. Overall, good value for money and would go back.
The bathroom was spotless and very bright and airy, but we felt our room was a little soulless. The breakfast was quite good if a little monotonous after a few days.
The owner/manager was slightly odd and not super welcoming, but maybe she was having an off day.
Yaiza seemed to have its own microclimate of cloud & rain when we stayed (March) but nearer the coast the weather was better. Pool absolutely FREEZING when we stayed, be warned!
Small, pretty hotel in good location for touring. We went for the basic room, and it was simple, but clean and comfortable without any frills - but a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. The the hotel gets really quiet at night. Nice on site restaurant and the buffet breakfast offered a good range. Small issues with service where promised extra pillows didn't turn up, and when were again requested later in the evening we were challenged on when we arrived, who we had asked and when... and then got presented with 2 mismatched -sized pillows to take up the room ourselves. Bit silly really.
We had a fabulous room (6)! Breakfast on the terrace was very good with lovely, friendly staff.
Location was quiet and easy to access the rest of the island.
We enjoyed the quiet location. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and evening meals were plentiful. Our room had no air conditioning so best to check before booking as it would be stifling in very hot conditions. But overall a very nice hotel.
Excellent hotel - very friendly staff, lovely welcome although we had arrived late at night and well outside of their normal opening hours. Would definitely stay here again. Very good food, especially the breakfast.
Loved this little hotel in the centre of the island - location was fabulous for day trips in all directions & especially handy for the wine region which we loved. Breakfast is basic but all that you need, service is excellent & the hotel is spotless in a lovely little quiet town.
The place is nice and very well located. Owners take care of making you feel welcome and give very good advice to discover the area.
We were looking forward to the open air jacuzzi and this is not working at the moment and that was kinda disappointing.
Rooms at the old part of the house are ok but beds are in need of an update as these are not comfortable anymore.
Very good point for the restaurant though, which is one of the best in the surroundings.
Really unusual building, our room consited of 2 high ceilinged and large. Very comfortable beds clean, personable staff and overall postive experience the only exception that our room did not have a mini fridge which really is a must.
Lovely quiet hotel perfect for a relaxing stay. Staff are friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating. Lovely restaurant on site. Will definitely be back
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, the pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. We booked half board and were slightly disappointed by the food offering for vegetarians, but perhaps this was our fault for not making our requirements clearer. Yaiza as an area is still being developed and whilst it’s nice and the hotel is in a quiet part of town, we struggled to find any local cafes for a quick drink in the evening. The crux of the question is whether we would recommend this hotel and the answer is emphatically yes. There were little things we would’ve done differently ourselves but overall it was a very good experience.
Very nice staff, though not many of them. This meant reception was only sporadically staffed. The food was good, but limited and a bit repetitive choice for half board. The building was lovely, very old with high painted ceilings
Exotic and artistically designed suite, ideal for Honeymooners and those whom appreciate Greek/Roman art & decor, it looked liked Michael Angelo did the ceiling and Louise VI our bedroom. Very opulent and camp !Ross
