SPACIOUS VILLA WITH POOL AND SEA VIEWS IN VISTA LOBOS

This is a great resort for families with kids, couples traveling together or a group of friends. Casa Laura offers a heated 8m X 4m pool, a terrace with many corners to enjoy the spectacular views to the sea and the neighbour islands isla de lobos and fuerteventura.

There is a BBQ area and a lovely seating area, a shadid dining table to enjoy the warm climate all year around. There is a massive entertainment area on the ground floor with a huge TV to watch futball and plenty of couches as well as a billiard table.

There are two bedrooms on this level, one double bedroom as well as a bedroom with three single beds. There is extra baby equippment such as a cot and a high chair. On the second floor we have two spacious bedrooms with double beds and in total there are 3 bathrooms.

There is fibre optics in the whole villa and international channels from the UK, Germany, France, etc. as well as access to Netflix.

Pool heating from 1st of May to 30th of September is optional and charged at 70.00€ per week.

A lovely welcome package will be provided with essentials to start your holiday.

The area is very unique and you are very close to a taxi rank in case you need to get to town or you can just walk to town center or Playa Flamingo in around 15 minutes.

Nice Villa

Very good but sunbeds were of poor quality and we had to request pool cleaning where other properties around us were cleaned at least twice each week. That aside we had a great two weeks in a good location

Great Villa very helpful

The Villa itself is very well placed and close to everything. All the utilities you will need and more. The owners were super helpful and very accommodating. Have stayed in quite a few villas in Playa Blanca and this is among one of the best
