Villa Coloradas is a lovely 3 bedroom Villa Vacation Rental with private heated pool and large terrace in Lanzarote.  Situated in the Las Coloradas district of Playa Blanca, on the edge of the Papagayo National Park which is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches.

The Villa enjoys an elevated position with fantastic views.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of which can also be converted to two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite .

Additionally the Kitchen comes fully equipped including washing machine.  An iron and board plus a hair dryer are supplied.  TV with Full UK TV package including movies and sport channels.  The swimming pool is heated with ample room on the terrace to satisfy the most ardent sun worshipers. There is also the internet available and a complete tv package
Just a brief walk away is the Los Colorados shopping centre, El Pueblo, together with a selection of bars and restaurants.

The Marina Rubicon, which has a range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, set in a beautiful, setting with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

For those of you who prefer not to have a car there is bus service running into the centre of Playa Blanca, which is only is only 5 minutes away.
From the Marina, the town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 15 to 20 minute stroll away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Arrecife airport is 35 minutes drive.

Lovely villa, private & well laid out, 3 lovely sized bedrooms each with access to its own bathroom & doors to the private terrace & pool with views to mountains. Perfectly located, quiet & peaceful, yet only 5 mins walk from quality cafes, bars, supermarket & the best gym ever according to my sons. A 7 mins ish easy walk takes you to the beautiful coastal path, coves & view points across to the other islands. We walked this path to Marina Rubicón, 40 mins and were amazed by the views. Bus stop is 5 mins walk, regular & easy to catch to Rubicón, Playa Blanca etc. Terry was great, accommodating our earlier arrival & available for questions during our stay. The villa is immaculately clean & well presented, quality beds, linens & towels provided along with welcome pack & some the items needed for a stress free start to a holiday. Would highly recommend!

Stressful, frustrating disappointing - Holiday Ruined!

It gives me no pleasure at all to write this review. The villa itself is lovely do not wish to take that away from it, but we were unable to use the advertised pool due to it turning us, our clothes our daughter’s hair green on our 1st day. Far more upsetting though was the attitude of the Villa Manager who did not resolve the issue at all, but instead lied to us, gaslit us basically saw us as a nuisance inconvenience. Despite being presented with evidence from an independent water sample test that showed copper levels 8 times higher than the recommended range also matched the Manager’s own test results, he did nothing. We know he was advised to (bought) a copper treatment, but STILL would not use it, so the pool was no good for our entire 10 night stay. Hopefully for the people coming after us, he would have done the treatment you can safely use the pool now. No apology, no resolution offered. Due to being in breach of VRBO policy, we are still waiting for partial refund

Great last minute holiday

Renting the property was easy. Terry made us very welcome. Location was great 10 minutes to the promenade. Paul bar was very friendly. Couple of small issues but Terry fixed them immediately. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Perfect luxury accommodation

We are a family with two children aged 2 and 4months and grandparents. The layout of three bedrooms all with their own bathroom was ideal. The stepped, heated swimming pool with large terrace made the holiday. Terry was on hand to help and managed to even provide 2 cots. We would love to stay in this villa again.

Fabulous villa

The villa was fantastic; large, well equipped and in a great location for us. Local amenities within a 5 minute stroll, easy access to the Papagayo beaches, very peaceful and the bus stop just round the corner was really useful for popping into town in the evening rather than take the car. The pool and terrace area were amazing; the pool was warm and a great size and got the sun all day. We very much hope to return next year!

Lovely week in Playa Blanca

Fantastic Stay

Brilliant ! The booking process was very easy with all questions being answered promptly. When we arrived, Terry was there to meet us and showed us around (and came by to say good-bye) Even though we were early, we could get access to the villa, so we popped to the supermarket and then relaxed. Villa is great, everything you need and the terrace (huge) is in the sun from sunrise to sunset. The pool - well, what can I say. The pool was heated and was absolutely fantastic, we've never spent so long at a villa just relaxing and swimming - it is really really good. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and there's a supermarket and bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We preferred to go and eat at the marina (a five minute drive) as we'd been to Lanzarote the year before and knew the restaurants. Dorada beach at Playa Blanca was great. This is a fantastic villa and as others have said, we will definitely book again if we return to Lanzarote. Very highly recommended !!!!!!!

Lovely Stay

We had a great experience with this villa, very clean and excellent outdoor area. Supermarket and a few bars close by. We have been renting villas in Playa Blanca for the last 8 years and this is the first we would return to!

Had everything we wanted, very clean, comfortable, great warm pool and lovely garden. We hardly left the villa during the day as the weather was so good and was very quiet and relaxing. Shops nearby and a good restaurant just up the road. We had a car so went into Marina and town in the evening. TV had all the channels for sports and movies as well. We will definitely be back. Terry was very helpful and just a phone call away if needed.

Wish I was still there!

Just returned from a weeks stay in this fantastic villa! Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, lovely quiet and convenient location. My friend and I were spoilt having an ensuite bathroom each and a comprehensive tv package to keep us entertained in the sandstorm, and up to date with the rest of the world! The day the storm finished everything needing cleaned was scrubbed to perfection again. Terry was super helpful without being obtrusive and available for help at all times via phone and message. Plant based products for our welcome package were happily sourced, and he also helped make sure the transfer company knew exactly where to pick us up. The stay was just too short and both my friend and I hope to return in the future, plenty of room for a third travel buddy as well! Sooner rather than later would be awsome..... Thanks again from 2 beautifully relaxed stress heads!!!

Fantastic villa in superb location

This villa is modern and finished to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, good quality bedding and towels, proper size bath sheets. Lots of towels provided. We travelled as a couple so only used the one bedroom but the other 2 bedrooms were also good sized and finished to a high quality. Fantastic choice of TV and internet speed superb. Lots of space outside and the heated pool was a good size and properly heated (for Dave to have gone in it must have been!). Terry met us on arrival and there was a welcome pack waiting - tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, biscuits. The villa was spotlessly clean and because we stayed 10 nights the lovely ladies came and changed the bedding and cleaned through after 6 nights. We loved the location of the villa as it was so peaceful and we felt totally safe and secure. There are several bars and restaurants, shops and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and we got the bus (3 min walk to bus stop) into Playa Blanca itself a few times for a flat fare of 1.40 euro each and it was so easy to do. Buses on time and clean. We also walked along the front to the marina and Playa Blanca which is a nice gentle stroll. Terry answered all our queries prior to arrival very promptly and came to see us off. We didn't need to contact him during our stay but are confident that if we had to, he would have responded very quickly and sorted any issues out. We genuinely can't fault anything about our stay and we would definitely look to stay in this villa again next time we come to Lanzarote. Thank you Terry for everything, Julia and Dave

Great stay in Playa Blanca

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Blanca in Terry's villa who is a very friendly and helpful host.The house is very comfortable with a very large heated swimming pool and a beautiful very sunny terrace.The location is quiet and allows you to walk to the beautiful beaches of Papagayo. Great house with a warm pool

We really enjoyed our stay and would definately book it again. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings very quiet so we slept very well. The pool is big and really warm, the kids loved it and stayed for ages in the water.
