la chambre réservée depuis 45jours d avance n etait pas pret a notre arrivée. Ceux sans réservations avait leur chambre sur le champs. J ai demandé une compensations et ils nous ont offert 2 déjeuners de valeur de 14$ chaque. Fenetre de la ne barre pas. Pour le resto, super bon service et délicieux

Très bien mais pas trop sécuritaire

Employés lents et mélangés dans leurs fonctions à l'accueil. Chambre spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'attention car la toilette est très basse et les bas de mur sont effrités. Une grosse frayeur par contre car vers 9hrs00 am le 23 juillet 2025, quelqu'un a brassé et ouvert notre porte de chambre...Heureusement qu'on avait mis la chaine de sécurité sinon l'individu aurait fait irruption dans notre chambre. Aviser l'accueil mais pas de problème pour eux... Inconcevable car il y avait des personnes âgées avec moi dans cette chambre. Ce n'est pas sécuritaire.

Manque d’amour

Les chambres manque d’amour . La peinture est écaillée à plusieurs place sur toute les portes qui sont dans la chambre . Le tapis dans les chambres serait à revoir . La porte de salle de bain i touche presque à la bol de toilette lorsqu’on l’ouvre . Nous sommes restés 2 jours et la chambre n’a pas été faite bien que que la pancarte était accroché. Troisième âge notez il n’y a pas d’ascenseur ,
