The room is quite small for a couple and you can hear voices from the next room..the bathroom is outdated I think this place needs some improvements.. The location is good but is a little bit far from Yamagata Station.. Better double check the address of this hotel theres another washington hotel near to the station that we thought we booked..we approach the front desk and told us we booked on another washington hotel.. Actually theres 2 more customers on the same day thought the same thing..

Onsen was an enexpected bonus.

A comfortable, clean business hotel with the added advantage of an onsen on the ground floor. Conveniently located in the traditional area of Yamagata on a bus route from the station. Breakfast in the top floor restaurant was buffet style.

Staff service is very bad, i semi double bad room but my room looks a like for single to person . They didn’t provide towel etc for extra person . On the name of continental breakfast they provide bread and jam.

Nice place, easy parking your car, quick in service. Overall this is a Good hotel in best location around Yamagata. Nevertheless, need face lift in order to adjust current condition.

Great bar right next door & the Lawson within the hotel building were the best parts of our stay. Bed was hard, edges of the room hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and staff didn’t seem to want to smile :(

客室も綺麗で朝食も美味しくて快適でした。ただ女風呂は洗い場が少なく時間に寄っては体を洗うのに待つ事になり、もう少し数が有れば良かったです。それから出来れば受付のスタッフの方が笑顔で接してもらえると嬉しかったです。でも基本的に良い旅行になりました。ありがとうございました😊
