Timber floors, a large kitchen, dining and living area with river views and a large verandah to relax and have some sunset sips. Down the internal stairs off the kitchen you will find a seperate room which consists of a bunk bed, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet including a seperate laundry. Perfect for a kids retreat while the parents relax upstairs.
Bayview Beach House also includes a seperate granny flat with external access only. The flat includes a queen bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen and lounge.
