Great spot, away from the hustle of man town but close enough for a quick bite. Pippie beach is perfect but not patrolled. Apartment is fabulous. Well maintained clean and fresh.

Property is a bit hard to keep warm, was quite cold last week, maybe some reverse cycle air conditioning would be a good idea.

Great position and ideal for a couple or small family

This apartment was in a fabulous position and we loved the view and the ocean breeze. as we had a car it was easy to access everything we needed. We arrived after a long day and collected the keys from the lock box. We received a text with codes automatically which was great. The keys were inside but no information from property management regarding a different street address to access parking and how to open the security gates. This was disappointing. Floors were a bit slimy and glass dirty but we had lovely weather and spent a lot of time outside. Great bed and pool was handy. Just be aware the upstairs area was very hot and windows don’t open if you have a really large group. Wifi didn’t work and has been reported. But being across the road from the beach was incredible. You couldn’t beat this position and it was very reasonably priced. Would return for sure

have everything needed , coffee machine , washing machine and dryer all work pretty well

house was good clean one small suggestion : toilet door lock can’t lock please fix the lock and bathroom towels , some got stained spotted
