Lazy Woods One is a secluded rural oasis located only minutes from Yamba Main Beach. This studio villa is neat and very clean and is the ideal place to stay if you're in town for work or an event and are looking for a peaceful stay.
The Space:
Lazy Woods One is located in a quiet, leafy area surrounded by birds and wildlife and yet it's only minutes from the hustle of Yamba.
The villa itself is one of two studio villa apartments located on the premises of a pristine private home and enjoys it's own driveway access with shared parking for the two villas. Lazy Woods One is located on the left hand side of the villa.
The property enjoys a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes, a good sized bathroom with shower, ceiling fans, kitchenette with bar fridge, stove microwave, kettle and toaster; a small dining table, smart TV and free Wifi. There is a shared washing machine and clothes line to the rear of the villa for the use of our guests.
Guest Access:
We have lock boxes on the premises for 24/7 check in.
Guests may park one vehicle on the driveway in front of the villa. There is also free and unlimited on street parking. There is no under cover parking.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and leafy. You'll hear birds and it's likely you'll see wildlife from the villa.
The villa is an 8 minute drive to Yamba Main Beach and a 5 minute drive to Coles. It's located near the end of Carrs Drive.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to reach the villa due to its rural setting.

- Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however it is very well insulated and has ceiling fans throughout.
- The property shares a common wall with Lazy Woods Two. While the walls are extremely well insulated for noise (you can't hear loud conversation next door at all), you may hear other guests outside.
- The villa is located within the boundary of a private residence. The owners live on-site but they are quite a distance away and keep to themselves. The villa is managed by Pilot Hill Property who will answer any questions you might have.
- Due to the rural nature of this property, the internet is usually fast and consistent, but sometimes it can be slow or drop out for short periods. Lazy Woods is the perfect place to read a book and embrace the simple life.
