Mysa Yamba {mee-sah} is what family holiday dreams are made of. This superbly renovated four bedroom home sparks joy from everyone who enters. The property basks in natural light; It's calm and soothing and yet the child inside you relishes in the little surprises around every corner.
Mysa Yamba is perfectly appointed for big family escapes or multiple families. It has a huge pool, a private jetty, dedicated outdoor entertainment area, enormous bunk room, fireplace and chef's kitchen.
The Space:
There's a wood fire stove that triggers happy childhood camping memories and provides toasty ambiance in Winter; the huge swimming pool and oversized day beds offer a generous space to relax and recharge; the private pontoon opens up a world of water sports; the generously appointed chef's kitchen and outdoor BBQ, lounge and dining is a playground for foodies; the oversized bunk room is simply joyous; and so too is the double shower ensuite, the vintage game console and the kayaks provided for sunset paddles.
The outdoor entertaining area overlooks booth the pool and the canal. It has a BBQ, large alfresco dining table and outdoor seating. Within the pool enclosure, there are two large day beds located under a huge umbrella - super comfortable for lounging and watching the kids.
Mysa Yamba is generously appointed and perfectly poised for two or three families to share their holiday. There are plenty of living areas to escape to and lots of comfy beds.
The bedding configuration is generous with three queen size bedrooms off the hallway, each with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and close proximity to a full family bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet. The bunk room is at the other end of the hallway and has four queen size beds in a bunk configuration. It has an ensuite with double shower and toilet. The bunk room also offers a huge smart TV, games console and plenty of space for the kids to play, serving as a second indoor living area.
The property has fast and unlimited Wifi, two large smart TVs and provides all linen except for beach towels.

We are located in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood. We deeply value our neighbour's right to peace and quiet. While our property sleeps a lot of people, it's intended for families. We do not allow large groups of individual adults. We have a firm policy of 'no parties, loud music, smoking, vaping, loitering or parking on the grass'. We have strict noise restrictions and automated noise monitors in place and will result in eviction should there be excessive noise, multiple vehicles or complaints from neighbours.
Guest Access:
lock box is on site and you will receive the code the day prior to check in. You may park in the driveway.

Mysa Yamba is located in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood coveted by families who love water sports and fishing and are looking for a relaxing holiday.
