Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical. Staff was ok. Will not stay here again.

Best hotel ever !!!

We are impressed by this hotel that is well run by very young group of operation staffs. Not only the convenience of the great location, this is hotel is the best among all those we have stayed while we were in China. Breakfast is great with very good spread, good enough to even to skip lunch and afternoon break. Room was very well cleaned everytime we were back from outings. Thanks to the chamber maids. We will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel if we ever come to Shenzhen again.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was fantastic, and the view was outstanding.
