The thing that really upset me was that the pool and hot tub were closed and that was do disclosed when booking. I literally looked up hotels in the area with a pool and hot tub because I really wanted to go get in them and when I got there to find out they weren't open I was very upset. There was a huge line to check in with only 1 lady checking everyone in and all of the customers were very upset and the one lady in line said that the pool is always closed there. I received coupons for free drinks and appetizers in the bar so went down to check it out 30 minutes after it started and there was a huge like at the bar for drinks and the bowl of chips were already totally empty and that was all that was put out some chopped cheese and chips and dip but there was already nothing left 30 minutes after it started and another customer told me that a lady told her they would refill it but we didn't stay to find out we just left at that point! The bed was very big and comfortable that was a major plus! It was a beautiful hotel, but odd water wasn't running so all the pretty areas that were supposed to have water were dry! There were hairs in my shower so that was pretty gross that wasn't very clean but everything else seemed to be clean. We did go down for breakfast in the morning and that was very good and there was a very nice chef making omelets that we really enjoyed! Saturday night I got an ice cream out of the pantry in the lobby, and it said 5$ but 8$ was charged to my card fo

Just had an issue with trying to get my bed sheets changed on 1 day. He kept saying somebody’s coming and waited some time to go down to work out and finally they said somebody will be coming.. so I went down to work out for 45 minutes. I came in. She was still there, which is OK.. I forgot my iPad downstairs. I came back and she just left. Didn’t change my bed. Other than that, it was pretty good. Everybody was very friendly.

It was so so pool wasnt available and out of order this weekend . Had i known ahead of time i would've book somewhere else. Parking was 25.00 on the site but 29.99 at the hotel plus 7.00 tax per night so that was horrible. Overall it was clean and comfortable though

I booked a room, when i arrived after a 6 hour drive, i was told my room was sold out, so sorry, and i could either take the two double bed room or choose another hotel. Wow. I said obviously give me the room, it was 1030pm by this time. Immediately noticed the musty smell entering the room, but was so exhausted we just fell asleep for 7 hours, in separate beds, woke up, noticed the FILTHY bathroom from the mold on the ceiling to the black crud left in the shower. Absolutely a never again for us, so disappointing for an Embassy suitess. Also yhe main reason for choosing this hotel was the hot tub which was closed of course. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rooms were over booked and had to wait an hour for room to be cleaned. There was a comforter but no sheet on the bed. Furniture and carpet were old and dirty. Sink faucet was loose and no soap available.
